If you have lost your employment due to reasons such as retrenchment, dismissal, end of contract, or constructive dismissal, you may be eligible to claim UIF (Unemployment Insurance Fund).

To be eligible, you must have made contributions to the fund while employed and be registered with the UIF with a valid South African ID or work permit.
