Labour Law Help and Advice for Employees South Africa
On August 18th, 2019, my husband and I founded Labour Law Help and Advice for Employees South Africa with the aim of creating awareness and helping vulnerable employees in South Africa. This year, our Facebook group has become one of the largest and most engaged on FB, and we were invited to apply to a program that brings together outstanding leaders to advance the goals of their communities. This is a significant achievement for us, and we should all be proud, regardless of the outcome. Our voices have been heard, and we are making a difference. We owe our success to our members, who post their questions and engage with each other, and to our exceptional group administrators, who spend their time helping members and changing lives. Our group is committed to promoting workplace equality and fairness and stopping unfair employment practices. Our hard work and sacrifices have been recognized, and we will continue to give a voice to vulnerable employees.

UIF HELP AND ADVICE SOUTH AFRICA
In November 2021, we reached a significant milestone with the launch of our first public group, UIF Help and Advice South Africa. As the Owner and Founder, Julandie Scholtz (Swart), I took this initiative to expand our reach beyond borders and assist more members who cannot easily access their UIF benefits. Thanks to our specialized skill set and expertise in employer compliance, we have been able to successfully guide and support thousands of employees across South Africa navigate the UIF claims process.
